DAY 1 :

Departure from Cuiabá airport or from your hotel in the morning at about 7:30.a.m for Poconé 100 km from Cuiabá via the paved BR 070, We arriveat the town of Poconé, which is considered the gateway to Northern pantanal at around 9:00.a.m. about ten kilometres after Poconé. We arrive at the gate to Pantanal, at which point the Transpantaneira Park Road begins and we will have several stops to photoghaph a great variety of birds, as crested caracara, parakeets, kingfishers, black-collared hawks, deer and a lot of alligators. At 12:00.a.m. We stop to lunch time on the park road, arrival at Porto Jofre end of the Transpantaneira Road 5:00.p.m. afternoon. Accommodation at a 'pousada' (Lodge) or camping site, dinner and overnight.

 

DAY 2:

Full day early morning after breakfast 7:00.a.m. Boat safari in a very beautiful enviroment in the rivers Cuiabá, Three brother river and Piquiri river. This área with the highes concentration of wild jaguar in the world. PJE has its your own speed boat to jaguar safari, the lunch time, we stop on the river to lunch. Elionil Silva, experienced guide with knowledge of jaguar photograph to know the best moment to find jaguar. The tourists can observe on river many species of birds and also monkeys, caimans and giant otters and coming back to the lodge at sunset.
