Pantanal Jaguar Expeditions is run by Elionil Silva, a Tour Guide certified by the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism. His knowledge about this special ecological area has been obtained from over fifteen years working in the Pantanal. A naturalist guide, concerned about the future of the Pantanal,
Elionil speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English. Elionil has lived and worked in this area most of his life and his knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for this unique area cater especially to small group tours of a minimum of two and a maximum of six tourists.
Typically each expedition will begin in Cuiabá, either at your hotel or at the airport (airport code CGB), accessible by either TAM or GOL airlines, among others. We customize our tours to our guests' wishes, ever mindful of fluctuations in local conditions (such is life in Brazil!).

Pantanal Jaguar Expeditions is an ecotourism company based in Cuiabá, the capital of Mato Grosso state, located approximately 100 kilometers from the Pantanal.
Our aim is to provide you with an unforgettable adventure in the largest wetlands of the world, the birthplace of flora and fauna. We offer you professional services with multilingual guides for your visit to the Pantanal, Chapada dos Guimarães or Nobres. Our guides are equipped with binoculars, books about the local flora and fauna, comfortable vehicles, motorboats and canoes, and are available to you 24 hours a day. Moreover, we provide our own motorboats for the jaguar safaris, thus assuring you a completely private tour with more chances to see jaguars without worrying about the time.
Pantanal Jaguar Expeditions works with the best hotels and pousadas in the Pantanal, providing you with three meals a day (except for the day of arrival and departure which are dependent upon your flight times). We also lead you on all activities there, such as horseback rides, boat trips, piranha fishing, jungle hikes and night safaris, etc.
